Job Description:
As a Social Media Advisor & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to create compelling content across various social media platforms, primarily on Instagram.

Additionally, you will monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations to optimize our social media presence. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and requires strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Generate ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams or external partners on social media-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Any related social media experience.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
